    On the fifth day of testing, the dev team gave to me

    Four code components
    Three test scripts
    Two interfaces, and
    A bug in the software code

    On the sixth day of testing, the dev team gave to me
    Six testers quitting
    Five con-sul-tants
    Four code components
    Three test scripts
    Two interfaces, and
    A bug in the software code

    On the seventh day of testing, the dev team gave to me
    Seven vendor fixes
    Six testers quitting
    Five con-sul-tants
    Four code components
    Three test scripts
    Two interfaces, and
    A bug in the software code

    On the eighth day of testing, the dev team gave to me
    Eight module updates
    Seven vendor fixes
    Six testers quitting
